Some people would have you believe that Burial makes music akin to the sound of South London at night. They are wrong, of course; South London at night sounds like a mixture of sirens, retching and the mating calls of pre-pubescent would-be gangsters.
Worriedaboutsatan, though, make music that I can well imagine is reminiscent of the sound of the witching hour in their native Leeds. At once soothing and disturbing, theirs is an enveloping, fully-formed sound the likes of which ‘new’ bands produce very infrequently.
